Is it really free?

Yes, with no time limit and no card. The Free plan has 5 GB of storage, one portfolio and unlimited galleries, with no limit on files per gallery. You pay when you need more room or the business tools.

Are my photographs compressed?

No. They are stored and delivered at the resolution you uploaded. Clients browse lighter previews so the gallery opens quickly, and download the originals when you allow it.

Do my clients need an account or an app?

No. They open one link in any browser, on a phone or a computer. If you want to know who is looking, you can ask for a name and email, or set a password.

Can I bring my galleries from another platform?

Yes. Download your galleries as folders or zip files and use Import galleries: each folder becomes a gallery, at full resolution, hidden until you have checked it. Your client list comes across from the platform’s export file.

What happens to my galleries if I stop paying?

Nothing is deleted. Your account moves to the Free plan at the end of the period you paid for, and your files, galleries and portfolios stay as they are. Above the free limits, new uploads pause until you are back under them or upgrade again.

Is Aurant available in French?

Yes, fully. The app, and the galleries and pages your clients open, are in English and French.
